What is Recovery?
Our support doesn’t stop after treatment.
Recovery is a bridge, eliminating gaps after treatment by connecting people with the resources they need. This gives patients the best chance at continuing to progress without drugs, alcohol, or other substances.
Substance use recovery and gambling help is an ongoing process. ASAC helps individuals and families working to achieve prolonged success. How? Through continuing care for patients who have successfully completed treatment, including:
Transitional housing
To provide a stable living environment
Care Navigation
To link patients to needed resources, including childcare, transportation, housing, and employment
Peer Recovery Coaching
To connect people with former patients who have lived experience
Forging strong relationships between patients and staff is often the key to success. Our staff members also work with people to find employment, childcare, and long-term living arrangements.
Recovery is when transformations happen, allowing people to regain everything they’d lost to substance use. With this support, we know recovery isn’t just possible; it’s a powerful reality.
