ASAC is a nonprofit organization formed in 1978. We’ve grown to become Eastern Iowa’s leading provider of substance use and problem gambling prevention, treatment, and recovery services. We accept patients from anywhere in Iowa. Our primary service area includes the counties of Benton, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson, Jones, and Linn.

ASAC is licensed by the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services to provide problem gambling help and substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery services.
